BookBanter began with the first episode on October 13th, 2008, consisting of fourteen book reviews written and read by Alex C. Telander. Alex was then able to organize and record an interview with bestselling author Brandon Sanderson, which was aired in the second episode. What began as an idea for a podcast of book reviews has now turned into a growing number of episodes featuring interesting and insightful interviews with a variety of different authors, from different genres, as well as some new, first time authors. New episodes are available on the 1st and 15th of every month. There are also over 300 book reviews available at BookBanter.
